Byron Shire Council's new court case

Developers of the Tallowood Ridge Estate subdivision in Mullumbimby have taken Byron Shire Council to the Land and Environment Court. It appears that the sore point of this case is the Master Plan of the subdivision. In a press release Cr Patrick Morrisey said, "While the DA provides a conceptual SEPP 71 Master Plan, more detail – and community input in my opinion – is required."
